Signalment:   3yo iguana, unknown sex

History:   Five week history of anorexia with increased lethargy.  No bowel movements noted for the last two weeks.  The iguana lives in an 8' x 8' x 8' wire enclosure in the living room.  Heat is supplemented with two ceramic heating lamps on the side of the cage.  Light is ambient from the house and a nearby window.  The temperature in the enclosure is unknown.  The iguana does not leave the cage.  Diet consists of iguana pellets, mixed greens including lettuce and broccoli, and a few crickets.  No vitamin or mineral supplement is given.  The owner reports that the iguana appeared previously healthy.
