CASE HISTORY, FLOCK #1

      Five week old broilers on a multiple house farm composed of six single level, light tight buildings each containing 35,000 birds are experiencing a severe respiratory disease.  Mortality in two of the houses the past 4 days has been approximately (20, 50, 70, 80).

CLINICAL SIGNS, FLOCK #1

     Ten (10) broilers were presented for diagnosis. The birds were depressed, weak and gasping for breath.  Three birds had diarrhea.
