There are a number of reason why the audio clips might not be working

1.
If you have an IBM or a PC, you must have all of the following:

• A soundcard
• A sound viewer installed and configured properly
• An internal or external speaker, or earphones plugged in
• You must download the .wav option. Only Macs read .aiff
  

2.
If you have a Mac you probably have the sound already configured for you. There are detailed instructions available to help you download a sound viewer so you can hear sound files on a Mac.
