The reason the words look all jumbled is because they are setup as a table. The problem arises when the browser you are using does not support tables. It gets confused when it sees the table command and it jumbles the words as a result.Tables are only supported by Netscape version 1.1 (or higher) and Mosaic. If you have Netscape version 1.0 (which comes with the school's PPP software), you will not be able to view the tables properly and they will look all jumbled. The CAL projects are designed to be viewed using Netscape version 1.1 (or greater) as your browser. In other words - you need to download the newest version of Netscape.
There is a section to help you download the newest version of Netscape. It can seem a little confusing because every system is a little different and may require a slightly different installation process. It also depends on whether you have a Mac or a PC and what version of windows you have. There's even a Netscape specifically made for Windows 95. Don't get discouraged! It's a really good idea to download the newest and best version of Netscape. Once you struggle through this you will able to use it for all your internet surfing.
