Digital Radiographs were taken of the right hind proximal third metatarsal bone, fetlock, and pastern joints

Radiographs of the right metatarsus showed a chronic thickening of the middle portion of the fourth metatarsal bone (lateral splint bone). There is a linear oblique radiolucency traversing this area of thickening which may be compatible with a previous fracture plane. The third metatarsal bone had no abnormal findings.

Radiographs of the fetlock (metatarsophalangeal joint) and pastern joints had no bony abnormalities.
