(CUTANEOUS TAG, SKIN TAG, ACROCHORDON)
Focal or multifocal exophytic lesions composed of epidermis and dermis.
Gross Appearance:
•Elevated, hyperpigmented, alopecia, papilliferous lesion often with narrow base

Histology:
•Core of the lesion consists of dermal tissue
•Covered by a hyperplastic epidermis
•Few if any adnexal structures associated with the epidermis

Prognosis:
Excellent
