Rhabdomyoma A benign tumor of straited muscle. Gross Appearance: •Large pleomorphic mononuclear or binucleate cells •Abundant granular eosinophilic cytoplasm •Mitotic figures are rare •Cytoplasmic cross striations are often found •Many cells have abundant cytoplasmic glycogen, clearly demonstable by PAS staining |
