Ceruminous Gland Carcinoma

A simple malignant tumor showing differentiation to ceruminous epithelium.

Gross Appearance:

Histology:
•Similar morphologic changes as those described for apocrine carcinoma 
•Tumor cells may be found as aggregates within the overlying epidermis, which represents involvement of the acrosyringium
