"PRISSY"

3 month old female DLHA

 

HISTORY
The owner's reported that several days previously Prissy had stopped eating, drinking and playing and now seemed to be having difficulty breathing. 

PHYSICAL EXAM
-  tachypnea, dyspnea, and cyanosis 
-  dull lung sounds
-  poor body condition; severe dehydration
-  recumbency
