13 year old  male castrated Domestic Short-Haired Cat 

 

 

HISTORY
-  vomiting for past two days
-  weight loss
-  loose stool tinged with blood

PHYSICAL EXAM
-  mildly dehydrated and thin
-  palpable thyroid nodule
-  enlarged spleen and left kidney
-  mild heart murmur
