LIVER

DX:   Moderate centrilobular fatty change with moderate lymphangiectasia and regionalperiductal fibroplasia

 DESCRIPTION:  The centrilobular fatty change is nonspecific but is a sign associated with diabetes mellitus.  There is no evidence of the glycogen accumulation typically associated with excess steroids.
