Case 1 - "Nekki"


Signalment:
6 year old, female spayed Chow


History:
Two to three day history of lethargy and poor    appetite. The owner remarks that she "just does not seem herself".

Physical Exam: Pale mucous membranes, slight tachycardia, & mild splenomegaly.
