10 mm Pig Embryo

The pig embryo is presented in two ways: labeled and un-labeled. All of the sections are presented serially in an unlabeled fashion and then select sections have been labeled for you. The slides start from the crown of the pig embryo and proceed posteriorly towards the rump. The labels are color coded by system. Click on the system below to view the key for that system's labels listed in alphabetical order.

The pig is cut into 452 sections. You can start with section # 1 and then proceed through the pig like a slideshow or you can select a number below to go directly to that section #. It is divided by tens. For example, if you want to see section # 46, go to section # 50 and then flip back four sections.
